Kiwifruit, hayward, peeled, raw
The majority of nutrients were derived from samples purchased when in season, from five retail outlets in Sydney during 1983/84 (Wills et al 1986). Some nutrients were derived from 7 New Zealand grown samples purchased in August 2000 (AGAL 2000 and 2002). Metals were derived from the 20th ATDS. Retinol, cholesterol and fatty acids were imputed based on international literature.
