Juice, apple, shelf stable, added vitamin c
The majority of nutrients including proximates, minerals and vitamins were derived from a composite of 10 purchases of 2 brands (6x Just Juice, 4x P&N) of shelf stable apple juice with added vitamin C purchased nationally in each state and territory capital city and two regional centres in NSW and QLD (2006 - KFP). Vitamin C was determined in the 10 individual purchases in the same program. Fatty acids, starch, cholesterol and retinol were imputed as 0.
