Grape, red globe, raw
The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite of 10 samples, purchased in Melbourne in August 2000 from Sunraysia Mildura region (AGAL 2000). I, Se, Cr, Ni and Mo were determined in 6 samples of green and red grapes purchased in NSW, NT, SA, Tas and Vic in December 2004 (22nd ATDS). Retinol, cholesterol and fatty acids were imputed based on international literature.
