Fruit drink, 35 – 50% apricot juice

Commercially prepared product made from 35% or 50% apricot juice or puree, water and sugars.

The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite sample of 6 purchases of apricot nectar (3 Berri brand 35% juice, 2 Ardmona brand 50% juice and 1 Juice Junction brand 50% juice) in Adelaide in 1990. Starch and saturated fat were imputed zero. Cryp is imputed from canned apricots. Vitamin C was derived in the two samples that contained added vitamin C.
