Fruche (fromais frais), regular fat, strawberry
The majority of nutrients including proximates, vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite sample of eight purchases of strawberry fruche including three brands (3x Fruche, 2x Petit Miam, 3x Kraft) purchased in Adelaide in 1995 (AGAL 1995). Fat and protein are based on label values for products included in the composite analysis. Fatty acids were imputed from milk.
