Fish cake, fried, with sauce, Thai restaurant-style

Minced fish and chilli paste, fried, with sweet and sour chilli sauce, as served in Thai restaurants.

The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite of 10 samples of fish cakes purchased from Sydney restaurants in 1985-86. Retinol, Cu, Mn, P & fibre were derived from a composite of 3 samples of fish cakes purchased from restaurants in the central, Eastern & Western suburbs of Sydney in 1991.
