Fish ball, Asian style, cooked

Small balls of minced fish, monosodium glutamate, salt, starch, vegetable oil, spices and sugar, as purchased in Asian style grocery shops and used as an ingredient in dishes such as soups.

The majority of nutrients (except fatty acid subtotals) were derived from a composite of 5 samples (1x Hakka, 1x Vinaco, 1x Lams, 1x Do Do, 1x Doll) purchased from Sydney in 1990, with fibre determined by a separate laboratory (AGAL SA). Fatty acid subtotals are imputed using the fatty acid profile of raw flake and should be used with caution.
