Fat, solid, blend of animal & vegetable oils
Moisture, fat, protein, ash, vitamin and mineral values were derived from a composite of 4 samples of solid frying fat (3x Frymasta solid vegetable oil and 1x Supafry mixed vegetable and animal solidified oils). Fatty acids and cholesterol were derived from the animal and vegetable oil blend (Supafry) only. Sugars, carbohydrate and vitamin C values were imputed based on literature.
