White (albumen) portion of chicken eggs. Uncooked. White represents approximately 65% of the edible portion of the whole egg.

The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite sample of 3 purchases of each of 2 brands of eggs in Adelaide in 1988. B vitamins, Cl and F were derived from a composite sample of 6 brands purchased in Melbourne in 2000.
