Na, fat and fatty acids were derived from 13 individual samples of vegetable and/or meat filled dumplings purchased from takeaway outlets or supermarkets in NSW and WA in 2009 (2008 TFA program). I was derived from 8 individual samples of vegetable and/or meat filled dumplings purchased from takeaway outlets or supermarkets in NSW as part of the same program. Moisture, protein, starch, sugar, fibre and ash were imputed from chinese meat dumpling published in AUSNUT 2007.
