Proximates, vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite of 2 varieties (Dairy Farmers and Pauls - from Australia), purchased from 1 outlet in Sydney and analysed in 1989 by AGAL . LACTIC and CITRIC are from a second 1990 AGAL analysis- undefined. Fatty acid profile is for milk, butter, etc. (ADC 1991), as per NUTTAB95. Fibre is imputed.
