Cream, regular thickened, light (~18% fat)

Australian produced dairy cream that has been formulated to have a reduced fat content compared to regular dairy cream. Contains gelatine and vegetable gum to thicken the product.

The majority of nutrients were imputed from regular fat (35%) cream. Moisture, protein, fat, sugars and sodium are based on label information for 2 brands (Pura and Pauls) available in 2010. Retinol and cholesterol were adjusted from regular fat cream to reflect reduced fat content.
