Australian produced canned cows milk cream. Supplied with a fat content >25%.

Proximates, vitamins and minerals (except I) are derived from 2 analyses. The first program analysed one variety of cream purchased from Sydney in 1989 and the second program analysed a composite of 2 varieties of cream (Nestle and Devondale) purchased in Sydney. Fatty acids were determined in 5 samples of pure cream and double cream purchased in Sydney in 2005. Se, Cr, I and Ni were determined from the 22nd ATDS for regular cream. Dietary Fibre is imputed.
