Coconut, grated & desiccated
Proximates, most minerals and vitamins are averaged across two analytical programs. The first program analysed a composite of 6 samples (2x Lion, 2x Anchor and 2x Farmland) purchased in Adelaide in April 1989. The second program analysed a composite of 7 samples (No Frills, McKenzie, Sahibs Choice, Hi Qual, Farmland and 2x Ayam) purchased in Sydney in 1996. B3, carotenes, ATOC, B6, biotin and fatty acids were determined in the 1989 samples only. I, Se, Cr, Ni and Mo were derived from a composite of 6 samples purchased in NSW, WA and Vic in 2004 (22nd ATDS). Retinol and cholesterol were imputed.
