The majority of nutrients were derived from a composite sample of 6 purchases (3x Cadbury Nutmix, 2x Nestle peanut, 1x Red Tulip almond) in Adelaide in 1990. Caffeine was derived from a composite sample of chocolate and nut- or fondant-filled chocolates (Mars bar, KitKat, Caramello Koala, Cadbury Fruit & Nut, Cadbury Roses, Cadbury Cherry Ripe, Mars Snickers, Cadbury Crunchie, Nestle Smarties) purchased in Melbourne in 2002. Total analysed nitrogen reduced 2.5% to account for purine nitrogen. Vitamin C was imputed.
