Fat and fatty acids were determined in 6 individual samples of chicken nuggets fried in canola oil purchased from McDonald's in NSW, WA, SA and NZ in 2009 (2008 TFA survey). Na and I were determined in 3 individual samples of chicken nuggets fried in canola oil purchased from McDonald's in NSW, WA and SA as part of the same program. Protein, ash, dietary fibre, starch and sugar imputed from baked chicken nuggets.
