Fat and fatty acids were determined in 5 samples of KFC Chicken Fillet burger purchased in Sydney in 2005. Protein, carbohydrates, fibre and sodium are from label information available for KFC Chicken Fillet burger in 2010 (NSW formulation). Moisture was estimated by difference. Folate and iodine were estimated from the proportion of major ingredients. Remaining values were prepared for AUSNUT 1999, and are based on a recipe.
