The majority of proximates, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and tryptophan were from either individual or composite analyses of 10 purchases of 6 brands of chicken breast fillets (4x Coles, 2x Leonards, Woolworths, Supabarn, Aldi, unspecified) sampled nationally across the summer and winter months of 2008 (Key Foods Project, 2008). Vitamin C and fibre were imputed zero.
