Cheese, romano style

Hard, grating style cheese described on the label as being Romano.

The majority of nutrients were derived from analyses conducted by the ADC in around 1990 from 7 purchases of Australian manufactured cheese. Fatty acids are those for hard cheeses reported in NUTTAB 95. Organic acids were imputed from cheddar cheese. Vitamin C, fibre, sugars other than lactose and starch were imputed zero.
