Cheese described as being Havarti style.

The majority of nutrients were derived from analyses conducted by the ADC in around 1990 from a single brand of Australian manufactured cheese. Fatty acids and organic acids were imputed from cheddar cheese. Vitamin C, fibre, sugars other than lactose and starch are imputed zero. Folate is borrowed from Danish Food Composition Databank (2005), record 779, which is itself a value for all varieties of firm cheese.
