Na, I, fat and fatty acids were derived from 3 individual samples of swiss style rolls (1x Mr Kipling, 1x Mills and Ware and 1x unspecified) purchased in NSW in 2009 (2008 TFA program). Proximates, vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite sample of 5 types of sponge cakes (Balfours - Lemon, Apricot, 2x chocolate and raspberry) purchased in Adelaide (1988 - AGAL - Breads and Sweet Cereal Products). Sugars were derived from a composite sample of 10 types of Swiss Rolls (sponge 60% and jam 40%) purchased in Sydney (1989 - UNSW - Cakes and Pastries). Cl, Cu, F, Mn, P, S, Se, moisture, Atoc, B1, B6, BCAR, biotin and pantothenic acid were derived from a composite sample purchased in Adelaide (1993 Cereal catch up program). Note high sum of proximates - data should be used with caution.
