Cake, blueberry, reduced fat, commercial
Na, I, fat and fatty acids were derived from 1 individual sample of reduced fat blueberry cakes purchased packaged in NSW in 2009 (2008 TFA program). Moisture, protein, starch, dietary fibre, ash and sugars were imputed from regular cake style fruit muffin. Nutrients adjusted to account for differences in fat content.
