Cabbage, white, raw
Proximates, vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite of five purchases of white cabbage from Sydney outlets in 1982 (Wills et al. 1984). Iodine and some vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite of 11 samples of white cabbage purchased in Victoria in 2000. Folate and some vitamins and minerals were derived from 10 samples of white cabbage purchased from a variety of supermarkets and markets in Melbourne in 1998 (1997/98 Folate Program). Retinol, folic acid and cholesterol were imputed.
