Proximates, sugars, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals were derived from the analysis of Kelloggs Coco Pops purchased in SA in 1992 (1993 - AGAL - Breakfast Cereals). Caffeine was derived from a composite of 3 brands of cocoa flavoured rice cereal purchased in Victoria in 2002. Fat, fibre, total sugar, Na, Zn, Ca and folic acid are based on Kelloggs Coco Pops label information available in 2010 and Cl calculated from label Na. Folates were estimated from product composition.
