Bread, Naan, Indian restaurant style

Indian style leavened bread based on yeast-leavened white wheat flour, eggs, ghee and yoghurt, generally baked in a tandoor-style oven, as prepared in Indian-style restaurants. Does not contain added thiamin.

The majority of nutrient data were derived from a composite sample of 5 purchases of Naan bread made in Indian-style restaurants in Sydney in 1993. Dietary fibre is imputed from white flat bread and dry matter adjusted.
