Sugars, fatty acids and some vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite sample of 3 packets of Arnotts Lattice biscuits purchased in Adelaide (1987 - AGAL - Cereal Products and Biscuits). Dietary fibre was imputed based on values in similar foods.
