Na, I, fat and fatty acids were derived from 1 individual sample of Arnott's SAOs purchased in NSW in 2009 (2008 TFA program). Proximates, sugars and minerals were derived from a composite sample of 2 brands (1x Arnotts SAO and 1x Sunshine Trend) of SAO style biscuits purchased in Sydney (1989 - UNSW - Sweet and Savoury Biscuit Analysis). Proximates, sugars, vitamins and minerals were derived from a composite sample of 2 brands (3x Arnotts - SAO and 3x Sunshine Trend Crackers) of SAO style biscuits purchased in Adelaide (1988 - AGAL - Savoury Biscuit Analysis). Cl, Se, S, F, ATOC, B6, pantothenate and biotin were derived from a composite sample of 8 packets of Arnotts SAOs purchased in SA (1993 Cereal Catch-up Program). Heavy metals were determined in composite sample of SAOs purchased nationally in 1998 and 2000. Dietary fibre value likely to be imputed. Folate derived from a composite sample of 6 purchases (1xArnotts SAO, 1xArnotts Jatz, 1xArnotts Water Cracker original, 1xArnotts Salada, 1xCarrs Table Water crackers, 1xMini Ritz) purchased in Sydney in March 2005.
