Beef, tongue, simmered

Tongue trimmed of cartilage, halved, simmered, drained, skinned.

The majority of nutrients were derived from four samples collected in Sydney. The ratio of purchase was 2:1 butchers shops to supermarkets. The samples were cooked after dressing and inedible parts removed. Sugars and fibre were imputed zero.
