Raw beef from the three most common cuts used for stir-frying including round steak, topside steak and rump steak. Lean muscle meat with internal fat. All possible external fat removed.

Nutrients have been calculated by combining equal proportions of the three most frequently used stir-fry cuts (round steak, topside steak and rump steak) in their semi-trimmed state.
