Beef, onion, capsicum and other vegetables, such as carrot, chilli, tomato, shallots or garlic, in satay sauce, as served in Vietnamese restaurants.

Proximates, vitamins, minerals and fatty acids were derived from a composite of 5 samples of beef satay purchased from Vietnamese restaurants located in Sydney in 1991.
