Mixed dish of cooked beef and fresh vegetables in a hot, spicy sauce, as served in Thai restaurants.

Proximates and vitamins were derived from a composite of 4 samples of beef hot salad purchased from different Thai restaurants located in various Sydney suburbs in 1991. Proximates, vitamins, minerals and fatty acids were also derived from a composite of 10 samples of hot beef salad purchased from Thai restaurants located in Sydney in 1985/86.
