Fried bean curd cubes served with peanut sauce and garnished with cucumber, cabbage and bean sprouts, as served in Indonesian restaurants.

Proximates were derived from a composite of at least 4 samples of fried bean curd purchased in Indonesian style restaurants in Sydney in 1987. Vitamins, fatty acids and minerals were derived from a composite of at least 4 samples of fried bean curd purchased from Indonesian-style restaurants in Sydney in 1991.
